Introduction

Welcome to SQLife (the "Software"), a product of Bitifyware. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy available at bitifyware.com/terms.html, collectively form the "Agreement" governing your use of the Software. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Software.

4.2 Trademarks: You may not use Bitifyware’s name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Software to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
  • Use the Software in a manner that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Software's functionality or performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Privacy

6.1 Data Collection: Bitifyware may collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy (privacy).

6.2 Compliance: We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

6.3 Data Storage: All data processed by the Software is stored locally on your device. Bitifyware does not provide cloud services or retain user data.

7. Payment, Taxes, and Refunds

7.1 Payment Terms: Payment is required to obtain a valid license for the Software. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

7.2 Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

7.3 Refund Policy: Refund requests must comply with our Refund Policy (refund-policy). Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, subject to eligibility.

8. Updates

Bitifyware may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure you are using the latest version. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Bitifyware: We may terminate your license immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

9.2 Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing all use of the Software and deleting it from your device.

9.3 Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your rights to use the Software will cease immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer: The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2 Liability Cap: Bitifyware’s total liability for any claims under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

10.3 Exclusions: Bitifyware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitifyware, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Software or breach of this Agreement.

12. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information about the Software unless required by law.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of China. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of China.

14. Force Majeure

Bitifyware is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or technical failures.

15. Dormant Accounts (If Applicable)

If we determine that your account has been inactive for 6 months, we reserve the right to deactivate it and charge a dormancy fee.
