Welcome to SQLife (the "Software"), a product of Bitifyware. By downloading, installing, and using this Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

No Subscription or Cloud Services
The Software is provided as a standalone PC application with no subscription or cloud services. All data processed by the Software is stored locally on your device.
Updates
Bitifyware may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that you are using the latest version of the Software.
Termination
Bitifyware reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Software at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Software or Bitifyware's interests.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Bitifyware does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bitifyware be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(a) your use or inability to use the Software;
(b) any unauthorized access to or use of the Software;
(c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Software;
(d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Software;
(e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Software, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not Bitifyware has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Changes to Terms
Bitifyware reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be posted on Bitifyware's website. Your continued use of the Software after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
